Hillsboro Arts League (HAL) is a grassroots, volunteer-run organization. Its mission is to enliven and enlighten the community by promoting the arts and local artists. The Hillsboro Arts League is a gallery with art classes in downtown Hillsboro, Texas, and the organizers of the Bonds Alley Arts Festival.
Forming in 2022, we opened the doors of our gallery, classroom and film darkroom in January 2023. HAL was designated a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in September 2023. We are working on public art, art classes for all ages, events, and more.
