The Rusted Chandelier Event Venue
The Rusted Chandelier is 8,000 square feet of elegance waiting for you to enjoy. With our one of a kind hand made chandelier, massive fire place and water feature, gorgeous grand stair case, private bridal and groom, suites, hand crafted bar, original wooden floors, and exposed brick walls there isn’t a detail we have left out for your event. Any wedding or event will be breathtakingly beautiful at The Rusted Chandelier.
How do I reserve the date?
After checking our calendar you can confirm your date is still available by sending us an email to therustedchandelier@yahoo.com or calling 254.582.2346. If date is available you will need to following to book your date.

When is my rental fee due?
All rental fees are due in full 30 days prior to your event. You may make payments rental fees anytime leading up to your event as long as balance in paid in full 30 days prior to your event. Examples of acceptable payments are:

Do we have exclusive use of The Venue?
Yes. We only book full days so your event will be the only event hosted at our venue on your day. You have access to venue from 8am-12am on the day of your event.
Are we able to set up the day before?
We do offer a 50% discount for the day before your event If you would like to set the venue up the night before your event and eliminate some day-of stress as long as it is available. Availability will be know two weeks prior to your event.
Who is responsible for cleanup after my event?
You are. We will set up all tables and chairs according to your floor plan, but you are responsible for all set up and tear down of your decor. When you leave at the end of the night, the venue needs to look just like it did when you arrived, be cleaned, all personal items and trash removed from the premises.
What is the capacity of The Venue?
For reception only, 275 can sit comfortably dinner style with plenty of room for a dance floor.
For ceremony and reception, we recommend 225 max guests ideally, although you can host up to 275 with limited space for dance floor and time would have to be allotted for table adjustments after ceremony.
Do I need to provide my own sound equipment?
Yes. No sound equipment is included with the venue rental
Do You offer any additional services?
Yes, for additional charges, we can offer you additional services such as “Day Of Coordinator” and rental items like flame less candles, center piece props, cake stands, chargers, archways, and much more. Please send an email to therustedchandelier@yahoo.com requesting information about these services and rental items.
Do you offer any discounts?
